THE CHALLENGE
Emerging artists often need help to gain exposure and connect with audiences who appreciate their work. Meanwhile, art enthusiasts and students need help discovering up-and-coming artists and accessing affordable art, mainly when traditional resources focus on well-known, established names.
THE STRATEGY
To address these needs, my team designed Muses, an art discovery app connecting users with iconic and emerging artists. By creating artist profiles with easy access to portfolios, contact information, and stores, we provided artists with a platform for self-promotion while giving users a curated shopping experience to purchase artwork in various formats, from canvases to wearable art.
THE SOLUTION
Muses offers a blend of education, discovery, and commerce. The app allows users to explore a diverse range of artists, scan famous paintings for details, and access tutorials. This user-centered approach and a visually engaging interface provide an accessible, supportive space for artists and art enthusiasts to connect, learn, and shop.
